Basic
A 5-week or All-day course using modified Lamaze techniques to physically and psychologically prepare you for childbirth. Includes exercises, nutrition, breathing and relaxation methods for use in labor and delivery, information regarding hospital procedures, newborn appearance and the postpartum period. See Basic Course schedule and select a class that finishes close to your due date.
Fee: 5-week course - $80.00   One-day course - $90.00

Breastfeeding
A one night class covering all aspects of beginning breastfeeding.   See breastfeeding schedule.
Fee: $25.00

Cesarean Birth Information
 A one night class to help you prepare for both the scheduled and the unplanned cesarean birth. A recommended class for all expectant parents.

Location: Good Samaritan Hospital. Clifton and Dixmyth Avenues. Level 8. Third Wednesday of every month. 7:00 pm

Refresher Class
 One class for those who have previously attended childbirth classes and wish to review information.  Taken in 7th or 8th month. See Refresher Schedule.
Fee: $30.00
